JOB SUMMARY

Performs selected housekeeping duties throughout Credo Senior Living in accordance with established guidelines as required in the policies and procedures. Housekeeping duties are also the responsibility of all Credo Senior Living staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Tasks

  1. Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as the suites, common areas, lounges, and offices.
  2. Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops all floors; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, and carpets.
  3. Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pickup area.
  4. Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary.
  5. Dusts furniture; dusts desk and floor lamps; cleans and polishes glass surfaces, woodwork, walls, and windowsills.
  6. Polishes woodwork and dusts window frames and sills.
  7. Reports supply and equipment needs to the Director for replenishing.
  8. Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition.
  9. Works scheduled shift, including overtime, scheduled weekends, and rotating shifts when necessary.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  1. Reports any needed repairs to the Director.
  2. Performs all other duties assigned by the Director.
