Caregivers and Nurses (RN, LPN, STNA,CNA)

PAY RATE 16-40 PER HOUR

• Understand and adhere to ALL Sunshine Senior Staffing Agencys policies and procedures
• Arrive on time for your work assignment demonstrating a good work ethic
• Be flexible, able to work in a variety of settings
• Abide by our company attendance policies and utilize clock in/out function
• Wear proper work attire as informed during the hiring process
• Use professional and courteous manner while interacting with facility staff members and clients
• Be compassionate and understanding to clients
• Maintain strict confidentiality in performed duties
• Report incidents to qualified team member
• Provide grooming and dressing guidance according to client and nurse request
• Assure residents meals are received according to procedure
• Housekeeping is completed according to facility guidelines
• Assist clients with mobility
• Respect cultural differences

Requirements

• Work independently with little supervisionHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience working with the elderly is preferred
• Reliable Transportation to travel to our multiple location
• Great Communication Skills
• Flexible Work Schedule
