What Will You Be Doing?

The Traveling Dining Service Manager is a key role, which is integral in our mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  •         Crafting menus and developing standardized recipes and food production schedules.
  •         Overseeing kitchen and dining staff while managing budget and inventory.
  •         Leading and inspiring excellent customer service for our residents.
  •         Preparing and serving meals aligned with planned menus.
  •         Ensuring quality and delicious food is being served.
  •         Creating and maintaining the schedule for the dining services team.
  •         Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

 

In other companies, the position of Dining Service Manager may be referred to as Director of Dining Services, Food Service Director, Dining Service Director, Dietician, Dietary Manager, and Culinary Director.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Prior success in working in or managing dining services.
  • Has experience working with budgets.
  • Have or obtain a food handlers license
  • Has the ability to organize and supervise dining service staff
  • Ability to travel
  • English language required.
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
