In this role, your responsibilities will include:
1. Oversee and prioritize custodial and housekeeping services to ensure facility and resident dwellings are always in pristine condition.
2. Recommends any equipment repair, replacements and/or purchases, as well as anything exceeding established budgetary guidelines.
3. Develop and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, quarterly/annual and as necessary) to maintain the facility in "like new" condition.
5. Ensure work orders submitted are reviewed daily and appropriately prioritized and assigned for timely completion.
6. Act as a working manager, providing custodial services and light maintenance as needed.
