What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️)

✅ Lead & Inspire:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for HDG’s diverse community portfolio.
  • Mentor and manage Executive Directors and regional leaders under our Entrepreneurial Operating System model.

✅ Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Implement annual operating plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.
  • Oversee key areas such as revenue management, expense control, safety, clinical operations, regulatory adherence, and labor management.

✅ Foster a Culture of Success:

  • Champion accountability, teamwork, and collaboration through routine community visits and board participation.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop new initiatives, and implement policies that minimize corporate liability and boost performance.

✅ Analyze & Report:

  • Deliver regular financial analyses and performance reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize operations to ensure our communities consistently exceed quality and efficiency standards.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Awesome Leadership Skills 😃)

✔ Educational Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in multi-community management within skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior housing environments.

✔ Strategic & Operational Expertise:

  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee complex operations.
  • Strong business acumen and advanced skills in operational planning and performance management.

✔ Excellent Communication & Mentoring:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A natural mentor with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

✔ Tech & Analytical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

✔ Adaptability & Resilience:

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% (including day and overnight trips).
