Nurse Unit Manager - Grand Rapids

We are seeking a skilled nursing unit manager to oversee the daily operations of our unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff
- Ensure quality patient care is provided
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Manage budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Valid nursing license - LPN or RN
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare policies
