Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare administration, human services or business administration
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Five years leadership in healthcare delivery management in a senior care community environment
- Experience in Independent / assisted living setting preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge in the field of gerontology and related issues and apply that knowledge with appropriate sensitivity to Walker Methodist customers
- Strong commitment to and understanding of how to build a strong employee culture focused on excellent care, new learning initiatives and diversity
- Strong leadership in operations, sales and marketing, business development and the integration of community health services
- Proven ability to cultivate professional, strategic and tactical relationships with internal and external customers
- Working knowledge of state rules, regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead the team in Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
