At The Lutheran Home, we're looking for a dedicated and caring Nursing Graduate (LPN or RN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in long-term care. Our team works across a variety of settings in our healthcare community, including our rehab-to-home, memory care, designated hospice unit, and long-term care. In this full-time role, you’ll follow a consistent two-week schedule, working 7 out of 14 days with a three-day weekend every other week. Available shifts include:

  • Night shift: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am

Education Requirements:
  • Eligibility for LPN or RN licensure in the State of Missouri
  • Transcripts or diploma from the nursing program completed
  • Must pass the NCLEX within 90 days of hire
  • Current CPR certification
