Manager of Marketing & Sales

United Methodist Homes, a non-profit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Full Time Manager of Marketing & Sales to join our team at Masonicare at Middlewoods of Newington. The Manager of Marketing & Sales is responsible for community outreach and working leads in our marketing database to maintain and increase our census. Networking with professionals to generate leads is a key component of this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and compassion for the elderly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when needed
- Must be able to work harmoniously with others.
- Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing activities
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check, including a physical
