Maintenance Technician - Part Time - St. Anthony

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable professional with experience in maintenance or facilities management and qualifications such as knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.

Preferred Experience: Two years of prior experience in apartment maintenance or related field.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to accomplish tasks well and on time.
• Work independently, perform tasks thoroughly, and hold self-accountable.
• Demonstrate professional behavior.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable and able to work on-call for after hours emergencies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Current drivers license
