Janitor/Housekeeper

Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes is looking for a Janitor/Housekeeper for general cleaning of building, trash removal and floor care including sweeping, mopping, waxing and buffing.  Hours will be 8:00am – 4:30pm M-F, with every other weekend. 

The posted pay range of this hourly position is $16.40 to $24.21. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

1.                 Knowledge of floor care procedures
2.                 Ability to use equipment to care for flooring
3.                 Able to follow both written and oral instructions and work independently
4.                 Able to relate to residents with respect and courtesy       

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

o  Maintaining all floor surfaces using the appropriate chemicals, procedures and equipment e.g. auto scrubber, extractor, buffer

o  Assist housekeeper as needed
