In Service Director RN

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced In Service Director RN to join our team at Belle Fountain. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN license and previous experience in teaching and providing in-service training to staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for staff members
• Provide training on new policies, procedures, and regulations
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with standards
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and staff certifications

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• Previous experience in teaching and providing inservice training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
