We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple facilities in a shared services model. This role oversees HR functions, ensures compliance, and supports leadership in fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR leader across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies and compliance
  • Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, and hiring processes
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
  • Manage benefits and retirement programs, including 401(k) with company match and open enrollment
  • Administer and optimize HRIS platforms to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee engagement
  • Provide guidance to leadership and support workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Five years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a multi-facility or shared services HR structure preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Experience with Paycom and Employee Navigator a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
