We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple facilities in a shared services model. This role oversees HR functions, ensures compliance, and supports leadership in fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR leader across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies and compliance
- Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, and hiring processes
- Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
- Manage benefits and retirement programs, including 401(k) with company match and open enrollment
- Administer and optimize HRIS platforms to improve efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee engagement
- Provide guidance to leadership and support workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Five years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years in a leadership role
- Experience in a multi-facility or shared services HR structure preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Experience with Paycom and Employee Navigator a plus)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
