Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required
- Acute business acumen, knowledge of development, knowledge of marketing and leadership skills that highlight the ability to influence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Innovative and creative self-starter, with the ability to devise solutions to complex problems, and to implement those solutions hands-on
- Highly organized with the ability to plan for, execute and monitor business performance
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Nursing from a three or four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience work in an administrator role preferred
