This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $19.00 to $23.81/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Qualifications
Education:
High School or equivalent.
Training and Experience:
Valid California driver's license and ability to operate a large van with skill and safety. Must be 21 years of age or older. No moving violations and/or accidents within the last three years. Possession of or ability to obtain and maintain any special operator's licenses necessary for operation of the van (Class B License including required medical clearance). Experience with handicapped transportation preferred.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of the transport and transfer of handicapped frail elderly and/or physically handicapped adults or ability to acquire this knowledge. Knowledge of basic mechanical procedure, or ability to acquire this knowledge.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
