Your Role:

• Oversee resident care quality and wellness staff.
• Develop care plans and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide hands-on care, staff training, and support.
• Respond to emergencies and manage risk.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in IA.
• Minimum 1 year of senior care experience and 2 years in management.
• Expertise in medication management and senior health.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
