We are looking to hire a Director of Life Enrichment to join our team. The Director of Life Enrichment is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities throughout the community.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
  • Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents’ quality of life by addressing their social, physical, and mental health
  • Oversee and maintain budgeted department expenses
  • Responsible for assisting with the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in The Arts or Hospitality field a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
 
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. Occasionally bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
 
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
