Walker Methodist Shared Services seeks a Dining Manager to lead the Culinary Services team in developing and implementing programs to provide a high-quality front of house experience for residents, family members and employees. Responsibilities include lead supervisor in training the team in proper food preparation for side work, table service and sanitation/safety procedures, managing the diet ticket program, monitoring the resident diet process for production, creating work schedules and employee supervision.
Full-time days, Monday through Friday including every other weekend.
