 Our First Impression - Concierge team is made up of people who LOVE people!  They like to build strong relationships with residents, families, prospects and team members while focusing on clear communication and impactful interactions.

When people enter Thrive at Brow Wood we want them to feel like they've come home and that starts with you, whether on the phone or face to face. Every person is important to us! 

 Responsibilities include all duties required to build, sustain, and actively participate in a healthy and unified team that serves as the first point of contact for the community while promoting meaningful relationships. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Possess a genuine heart and passion for impacting older adults and improving quality of life for all people
2. Have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; prioritize projects and objectives
3. Excellent oral communication skills
4. Innovative and creative self-starter
5. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
6. Ability to navigate difficult or emotional resident, family member and team member issues
