The Village at Brookwood, located in Burlington, North Carolina, is a member of Kintura of Greensboro, North Carolina. The Village at Brookwood offers a full continuum of care services for older adults, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.
Duties to include:
Provide direct resident care as assigned while supervised by a R.N. or L.P.N.
Work with a team to provide excellent resident centered care
Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.
Review care plans and perform care as outlined.
Document activities of daily living in the electronic medical records system.
Report changes in residents’ conditions to Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
Successful candidates will have completed an approved Nursing Aide Training course and be currently listed in good standing with the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
