Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as directed by the healthcare team.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive living environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Valid CHHA certification in New Jersey.
- Prior experience in home health or elderly care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$19 - $19 an hour
