COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation: Between $16.25 - $18.50 per hour, paid semimonthly.
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking a talented and compassionate full-time Caregiver for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Santee, CA. The Caregiver is an individual contributor role, responsible for assisting our residents with daily activities to ensure their health, safety, and wellbeing. The Caregiver is expected to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents and their families while providing, understanding, respect, and kindness.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Help residents with mobility wish assistance from a wheelchair or walker
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe living environment
• Assist in daily activities such as reading and playing games
• Provide emotional support and positive reinforcement
• Schedule and monitor medical appointments
• Accurately document changes in all aspects of resident’s health
REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to be on feet and active for extended periods
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Must be compassionate and patient
