Pay range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 7:00am-3:30 Friday 7:00am-2:00

What you will do:
As a Baker / Catering Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, assisting with catering prep, and ensuring kitchen efficiency while maintaining the highest food safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both baking and general culinary prep work in a professional setting.
- Accurately follow and prepare recipes using proper food handling techniques.
- Maintain appropriate records according to regulatory and department standards for food safety.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize workstations according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Organize, calculate, and produce food as directed according to the needs of the business.
- Prepare hot and cold foods according to the recipe and follow production methods and food styling guidelines, taking customer service into consideration.
- Prepare meals to order according to orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Must have a working knowledge of all basic food preparation techniques, methods, equipment, and tools used in a commercial kitchen.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must be able to successfully complete criminal background checks (State and Federal) and drug screenings.
