Churchill Administrative ServicesChurchill Residential, Evergreen at Rowlett, a 138-unit Senior Living Community is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician. Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing excellent customer service every day in all aspects of apartment maintenance. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways. Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies. Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required. EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
