Apartment Manager

Immediate part-time opening for a property manager at The LaFontaine Center, a 66-Unit HUD 202/8 senior community in Huntington, IN.

The qualifications preferred are as follows:

• Previous HUD property management experience
• Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, financial management and maintenance supervision skills
• Ability to assume front line responsibilities for project operations
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with RealPage OneSite system a plus
