We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing outstanding resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations, ensuring coordination across clinical, administrative, and custodial teams while implementing policies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance care quality, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction while fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations, while maintaining responsibility for care quality and safety programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families, addressing concerns, aligning care plans with the Director of Nursing, and assessing prospective residents.
- Manage budgets, oversee billing, procurement, and ensure accurate and confidential administration of resident records and facility operations.
- Supervise key department heads, lead recruitment, training, and performance management, and promote a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred.
- Current Assisted Living Administrator License for Oklahoma (Required).
- Ability to relocate to Guthrie, OK before starting work (Required).
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of senior living policies, state and federal regulations, and best practices.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational expenses.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
- Proficiency in technology and administrative software for records management.
