We’re seeking dedicated Weekend On-Call Caregivers in the Phoenix Valley for one-on-one client interactions in their homes (not in group facilities). Starting pay is $22/hr.

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• At least one year of verifiable caregiving experience.
• In-person certifications for CPR and First Aid.
• A clean criminal background check.
• Negative TB test results.
• Level 1 fingerprint card (we can assist you with this if needed).
• Bonus: Experience with hospice care, dementia care, or Hoyer lifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Manage and organize medications.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and run daily errands.
• Build meaningful relationships through compassionate care and engaging conversations.
• Monitor client health and report any significant changes to the team.
